Skyline Tycoon

An idle property tycoon that runs on its own clock. You start with one rented room above a laundromat and a little cash, and every twelve seconds another month of rent arrives. Spend it on homes, shops, hotels and whole new districts across four branches, hire managers so buildings earn while you are away, and trade stocks, crypto and a property fund on the side. Life keeps interrupting: burst pipes, rent strikes, storms, tax audits, rate hikes, viral reviews and offers that are too good to be true. How to play

Money arrives on its own as months pass, so your job is to decide. Buy levels of each building with x1, x10 or Max; every tenth, fiftieth and hundredth level multiplies its rent. Hire a manager to lift the self-managed penalty and keep a building earning while you are away. New branches open as your net worth grows. When an event card appears, each choice shows what it will do, except the gambles marked with a question mark. Golden Keys can warp a whole year forward, rewind your last choice, leak the next market event or bail you out of debt once.

Controls

Everything is a button or a tab. x1 speed is always free; x2 and x3 are ten-minute boosts from a rewarded ad or diamonds. The game pauses while an event, report or ad is on screen.

Privacy and saves

Your city, cash and progress are stored only in this browser on this device. There is no account and no upload. Optional rewarded ads are served by Google when you choose to watch one.
