Pip's Quest

A classic side-scrolling platformer. Guide Pip across eight hand-built levels full of gaps, floating and moving platforms, springs, brick and mystery blocks. Stomp slimes and beetles, collect coins, find each level's hidden star and reach the goal flag with your three hearts intact. Stars and best coin counts are saved on the level select.

How to play

Run right and reach the goal flag at the end of each level. Jump on enemies from above to defeat them; touching them from the side costs a heart, and falling into a gap costs a heart and returns you to the last checkpoint. Bump mystery blocks from below for coins or hearts, break bricks, bounce on springs, ride moving platforms and look for the hidden star. Clearing a level unlocks the next one.

Controls

Arrow keys or A/D to run; Space, Up, W or Z to jump (hold for a higher jump); Esc or P to pause. On touch screens use the on-screen left, right and Jump buttons.

Privacy and saves

No account or network requests. Level progress, stars and best coins are saved only in this browser's local storage.
